Q:WHAT DOES THE ROTOMOLDED KAYAK MEAN?

Kayaks from Zero are roto-moulded(rotationally moudled). In this process, the finest linear, medium density polyethylene powder is poured into the Kayak Mould which is then put into a large oven and rotated until the powder has melted and formed the Kayak. Once cooled the Kayak is fitted with accessories and inspected carefully. The end-product is a lightweight and very durable Kayak with no seams.

Q:WHAT DOES ROTO-MOLDED MEAN?

The rotational molding (roto-mold) process is a high-temperature, low-pressure plastic forming process that uses heat and bi-axial rotation (i.e. rotation on two axes) to produce hollow, one-piece parts. The Kuer Cooler mold is loaded with polyethylene in powder form. The mold is then placed in a large oven while it rotates on two axes at different speeds, which helps prevent powder from accumulating in one spot. The polyethylene is melted and adheres evenly to the wall of the mold. Once the polyethylene is melted, the molds are pulled from the oven to cool. Once cool, the ice chest is then removed from the mold.

Q:HOW IS YOUR ORDER PACKED?

Kayak package: all items will be wrapped by three layers. the bubble plastic & carton sheet & plastic bag. There will be a label on the outside with your product code visible as customer's request.

Q:What’s the delivery time on  order?

It depends on what products you want.
Regularly for samples, it’s about 3 days. And for bulk order, it’s about 10-25 days(20ft,40ft) after receipt of 30% advance payment.
Delivery time also depend on order quantity.
Please let us know in advance as order schedule if you have urgent need sometimes.
